If you have Side Impact Air Bags:  Do not install seat covers that are not properly modified.  If you purchase from us we will make sure that the necessary modifications are made.  Whoever you purchase from, make sure that you do not install covers that obstruct the side impact airbags.  If your seat covers appear as if they would interfere with the deployment of side impact air bags, please let us know right away.  It's possible that the
wrong covers were sent or they were installed incorrectly.

What is the Tailor Made Upgrade?

This means that your order will be changed from our Custom Made seat covers to our Tailor Made seat covers.  Our Tailor Made seat covers are made from scratch to the exact pattern of your seats for the perfect fit.

What is the difference between Custom Made and Tailor Made?

Our Custom Made covers come pre-made in 8 different styles.  For our Custom Made seat covers we will select the appropriate style and make slight modifications to ensure the proper fit.  For our Tailor Made seat covers we will make your seat covers from scratch to your vehicle's exact specifications.  The same way that a Tailor would make you a Tailor Made suit.  Both the Custom Made and the Tailor Made use the same top quality 100% Pure Merino Sheepskin.

Are your seat covers lined?

Yes, all of our seat covers are lined.  Our lining is a blend of mostly cotton with some polyester.  The lining is attached to the seat cover at the seams.  It is not ironed on.  Our lining has no adhesive agents.  Our lining is cut to the size of each individual piece of sheepskin and attached as each piece is sewn together.

What is your current production time?

Custom Made seat covers that require alterations will ship within 3 business days.  Custom Made seat covers without alterations will ship out much faster, usually within 1 business day.  Our current production time for Tailor Made seat covers is approximately 1-2 weeks.  If this changes we will immediately update this page.

What about installation?

We recommend two people for installation.  Our seat covers are shipped with an installation sheet.  Professional installation is always an option, ask your dealer or a detail shop.

Are your website colors accurate?

Yes, our website colors are very accurate.  However, if you have an older monitor or are using out dated browser software, then variations may occur.

What happens if I receive my seat covers and they do not fit?

If your seat covers do not fit, we will promptly issue a call tag and have them picked up.  We will then determine the problem and either fix the covers or make you new covers.

Will your sheepskin seat covers harm my leather seats?

Our sheepskin seat covers will not harm leather seats due to our cotton and polyester lining.

What is the country of origin of your sheepskin?

The country of origin is China.  Our tanner in China imports Australian Merino Sheep, the tanning process results in a country of origin change.  All sheepskin from Sheepskin Express should be labeled with a country of origin sticker, if yours is not, please let us know.

How do you clean sheepskin seat covers?

First, you need to remove all of the hooks as they will tear the straps off during a spin cycle.  Wash the seat covers in cold water on a delicate cycle.  We recommend using one cap of Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo per seat cover.  After washing, line dry the covers.  Do not dry them out in direct sunlight or with any direct heat.  It usually takes around three days, depending on the weather.  You can also have your sheepskin seat covers professionally cleaned or you can send them to us and we will clean them for a small fee.
